UM1 Backup is a personal backup utility operated by the owner of the Google account that authorizes it. It encrypts files before storing backup objects in that owner's Google Drive. It is not a public backup service and does not offer accounts to other people.
Google Drive authorization is used to read and write the owner's encrypted backup repository. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings. The Google account shown in the consent screen is the intended destination for the backup.
